Terms & Conditions

1.Registering oneself does not ensure / entitle protection unless otherwise entered into a Annual Protection Contract (APC). The company will take up protections only after suggestions and rectifications are carried out. The protection shield will take effect from the day the fee is accepted for a period of one year.

2.The company will give protection to the property registered with us against encroachment and fraudulent sale.

3.The company should be informed if a sale or promotion or third party security for HP collateral security etc takes place during the contract period relating to the property.

4.The company will be submitting quarterly reports by email.

5.Clients should submit a set of photocopy of all documents relating to the property by courier addressed to Guardians.

6.The contract will stand null and void if any of the above terms and conditions is violated and if any information given is found false.

7.We will not be responsible for government acquisition (or) takeover.

8.The jurisdiction on all queries and issue / disputes arising from this agreement will be with in the city of Chennai Tamilnadu.

9. Additional property does not require registration fee but the inspection and other Charges will be applicable.

On registration

1.We will identify the property.

2.We will submit a report on the present state of the property and suggest preventive measures to be taken.

3.The rectification / preventive measures will be taken up by Guardians if the clients so wishes, at a nominal fee.

4.Once the preventive measures are taken care we will enter into protection contract.

On entering into Protection contract

1.We will inspect the property once in three months and a report will be emailed with photo.

2.Details of your property and transaction will be revealed to you or to your duly authorized agent with CIN no.

3.EC will be applied and the copy will be mailed at the end of the contract.
